Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated in our community.

  • Verbal harassment or abuse
  • Discrimination based on identity
  • Stalking or following
  • Unwanted physical contact
Violence & Threats
  • Physical violence or assault
  • Threats of violence
  • Possession of weapons
  • Intimidation or coercion
Inappropriate Behavior
  • Sexual harassment or misconduct
  • Substance abuse on premises
  • Property damage or vandalism
  • Fraud or misrepresentation

Reporting & Enforcement

We take all reports seriously and have clear procedures for addressing violations.

All reports are kept confidential to the extent possible while allowing for proper investigation.

Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours

Take appropriate disciplinary or corrective action

Monitor situation and provide support as needed

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in appropriate consequences based on the severity and nature of the incident.

Warning

Verbal or written warning for minor violations

Suspension

Temporary suspension from programs or activities

Ban

Permanent exclusion from all programs and activities

Legal Action

Referral to law enforcement for criminal behavior
